Yep, that’s right, in 2025 we were crowned BEST JEWELLERY BUSINESS in the Yorkshire region by Englands Business Awards! What an absolute honour! 

Injecting a unique and full flavour into each jewellery piece that we create and every workshop that we hold, we take you on a colourful journey and sustain you as a strong part of the creativity along the way.
Established fully in 2016 and then taking our business full-time in 2020, we have since grown rapidly to become a recognised jewellery brand with a British sense of style.

Our independent brand is proudly named to represent a confidence within the wearer, filled with sincerity, embracing empowerment and self worth.

With one eye on creativity - the other on affordability, our mission is to provide a quality personal experience, where every piece of jewellery tells a story.

We have three main areas within our UK based company;

ONLINE STORE
Emerge yourself within our fully-loaded online store of gorgeous jewellery pieces and accessories! We recognise and appreciate our clients need for individuality, especially to express your own style. Here at HMJ, we keep our promise to you - to create no more than five of the same jewellery pieces, guaranteeing exclusivity.

WORKSHOPS
Our private workshop jewellery parties for children are extremely popular, especially for celebrating birthdays and special occasions.
Engaging and exciting, children can design in such a creative and fun way!
Each child receives guidance, encouragement, and support - helping them to become the Jewellery Designer. HMJ children’s workshops help to teach children numerous development skills and boost confidence through creativity.

Happiness Making Jewellery teach a range of creative development jewellery workshops to the public sector which have included; Worldwide Charities, Regional Charities, Secondary Schools, Primary Schools, Youth Centres, Community Service Groups, Regional Volunteer Groups, and the NHS.
We are extremely proud to be requested to work with such applaudable and hardworking teams.

BESPOKE
To own a piece of jewellery that holds a memory and tells your story is something of true heartfelt value. Here at HMJ we offer a bespoke jewellery service for our clients. We are available for one-to-one consultations, should you desire a bespoke piece. Personally designed and handmade, we embrace each jewellery piece to have a personal connection to the wearer.

Being a born and bred Hull business, we are proud to collaborate and support a selection of personally chosen regional charities which sit close to our heart.
HMJ stock a range of exclusive seasonal jewellery collections to local business stockists. We also hold engaging events, creative competitions, and exclusive pop-up shops.
