HMJ workshops are designed to support mental health and wellbeing. By combining creativity with mindfulness, participants can express themselves, reduce stress, and build confidence. Creating jewellery in a relaxed, supportive environment has a positive impact, helping individuals focus, reflect, and leave with a sense of achievement and joy.

Please note: This particular HMJ workshop contains small parts and sharp tools, therefore is not suitable for anyone under 10 years of age.
